Shivjayanti
Shivjayanti is celebrated with great pride and enthusiasm at Dr. Sharadchandra Pawar College of Agriculture, Baramati. The day honors the birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the legendary Maratha warrior and founder of the Maratha Empire. Students and faculty participate in a variety of cultural events, patriotic performances, and traditional processions to pay tribute to his valor, vision, and leadership.
NSS
National Service Scheme (NSS) at Dr. Sharadchandra Pawar College of Agriculture, Baramati is an integral part of our commitment to social responsibility and holistic student development. The NSS unit actively engages students in community service, helping them cultivate leadership, empathy, and a strong sense of civic duty. Through regular camps, cleanliness drives, tree plantation, blood donation, health check-ups, awareness rallies, and rural development activities, our students contribute meaningfully to society while gaining real-world experience and exposure. Special focus is given to rural outreach and farmer welfare, in alignment with the college’s agricultural mission.
Competitive Forum
Competitive Forum at Dr. Sharadchandra Pawar College of Agriculture, Baramati is a dedicated platform aimed at nurturing students’ aspirations for higher education and competitive examinations. The forum provides structured guidance and resources for students preparing for national-level exams such as UPSC (Agriculture), MPSC, IBPS (Agri Field Officer), ICAR JRF/SRF, Forest Services, and other government sector opportunities.
